Still the best seafood in Chinatown, Ocean Wealth is crowded and beat up. Specialty is live fish steamed with ginger and scallions or in a black bean sauce. What brings Chinese people in, though, is the menu of $10 specials, including a favorite of 3 small lobsters for $10 (minimum purchase required to order from this $10 menu). (1/05)
